Website terms

These terms apply to use of the A7 DEVLAB website. They do not replace a signed client agreement. Have qualified counsel review them before launch.

Information, not a promise

Website content is general information. Prices, timelines and scopes describe starting packages and are confirmed in a written proposal. Calculators provide illustrative estimates based on user inputs and do not guarantee savings, revenue or other results.

Engagements

No client relationship starts through a form submission or fit call. Work begins only after both parties sign an agreement covering scope, fees, responsibilities, intellectual property, confidentiality, change control and acceptance.

Intellectual property

A7 DEVLAB owns the website, brand and original content unless stated otherwise. You may use the free checklists internally but may not resell, republish or present them as your own.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, probe it for vulnerabilities, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person or interfere with its operation.

Third-party services

Links and integrations may lead to third-party services. A7 DEVLAB does not control their availability, security or terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties and A7 DEVLAB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from its use. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
