This page explains how A7 DEVLAB handles information submitted through this website. It is a practical disclosure and should be reviewed by qualified Canadian counsel before launch.

Information collected

The project inquiry form asks for your name, work email, company, selected service, budget range, timeline and a description of your workflow. Basic technical data may also be processed by the hosting platform for security and reliability.

How it is used

Inquiry information is used to evaluate and respond to your request, prepare a discovery conversation, prevent spam and maintain necessary business records. It is not sold.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered using Formspree. The website uses Vercel for hosting and first-party Web Analytics, and may use Google Analytics when the site owner enables it. Those providers process data under their own terms and may process it outside Canada.

Retention and safeguards

Information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Access is limited to people who need it. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, subject to legal and operational exceptions. Marketing email requires its own lawful basis and unsubscribe mechanism; submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
